Most guys pump without a plan. Pumply gives you a structured routine, precision equipment, and a tracking system that shows you real progress over time.
Pumping without structure gives inconsistent results. Pumply treats it like any other fitness goal — progressive, logged, and measurable.
01
Get sized correctly
Most guys use the wrong cylinder. We match you to the right diameter based on your measurements — the single biggest factor in getting results safely.
02
Follow a real protocol
Structured sessions with set pressure targets, rest days, and progressive overload — the same principles that make any training programme work.
03
Track and see it
Log every session. Measure consistently. Watch the numbers move. Progress is motivating when you can actually see it charted over time.

Size guide
Find the right diameter
Cylinder diameter is the most important fit decision. Too wide causes turkey neck and edema. Too narrow restricts expansion. Use your erect girth to find your size.
1.75"
Under 4.5" girth
Beginner fit. Tighter seal, more controlled pressure. Good starting point if you're new.
2.0"
4.5" – 5.0" girth
The most common fit. Balanced expansion with good shaft isolation.
2.25"
5.0" – 5.5" girth
Wider fit for above-average girth. Allows full expansion without compression.
2.5"
5.5"+ girth
Maximum diameter. For experienced users or larger starting measurements.

In addition, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to share or licence aggregated, anonymised, or pseudonymised data — including usage patterns, product preferences, and non-personally identifiable wellness data — with third-party commercial partners, research organisations, or affiliates. Such data will not directly identify you as an individual. This may include, but is not limited to, sharing data for marketing analysis, product development, or commercial research purposes.

2. How we use it
We use your information to process and fulfil orders, send order confirmations and updates, respond to your enquiries, improve our site and products, and send occasional marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted third parties necessary to operate the business: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. See clause 14.3 of our Terms of Service for our position on anonymised data.
4. Cookies

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.
7. Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than 7 years after your last transaction.
This helps us pitch the starting pressure and session length correctly.
Roughly how long are you, erect?
This decides cylinder length. You need headroom to expand into — too short and you bottom out.
And your girth?
Wrap a tape measure around the thickest part while erect. This is the single most important number for fit — but if you don't know it, we can estimate.
